You can now access a rapidly expanding variety of recorded training sessions on the Thomson Scientific Web site. Available anytime, at your convenience, these training sessions take just a few minutes each. They offer practical, to-the-point information and tips that can help you learn quickly about a useful product feature or capability.

During these sessions you can quickly learn more about key topics such as new features, citation alerting, cited reference searching, the Analyze feature, one-click searching, the impact factor and the immediacy index.
Language options
Recorded training on ISI Web of Knowledge, Web of Science, and Journal Citation Reports is also available in French and Spanish.
