Complete, detailed information on current and past deals

The deals information in Thomson Pharma can help you to structure similar deals, find out who’s collaborating with whom and where companies are attempting to fill gaps in their pipelines, and gain an insight into the prevailing limits on deal values.

The Deals report consists of three tabs:

• Overview: deal summary and financial information
• Event history: the key events that have happened during the deal
• Financials: details of the total payments made to date, expected total payments and records payments between the involved parties

There are two home page portlets on the Licensing and Business home page:

• Deals portlet: provides quick access to all the new and updated deals added to Thomson Pharma in the last week
• Deals Landscape portlet: shows the top ten therapy areas or deal makers or partners for the chosen time period

There is also a Deals section in the overview tab of the Drugs report, with a link to associated deal reports.

Both confirmed deals and options are documented.
