A cited book reference consists of the following elements separated by hyphens: cited first author's last name, initials, publication year and abbreviated cited book title, chapter or page numbers.

For example, the cited author's name is Peter D. Kramer. Enter his surname, a hyphen and his first initial: KRAMER-P. The Move To dialog box will open. Open the dictionary at the desired position by clicking the Move button or Enter.
